RETURN, EXCHANGE, REFUND

Only one return request can be requested per order.

Return for exchange

The CUSTOMER has an "extended" period of thirty (30) days to initiate a return procedure for exchange :
- if the size is not suitable,
- if the CUSTOMER decides to change one or more PRODUCTS of his order

For This, the CLIENT can use the form available from the "My account" section, then "My order history". The CLIENT will have to click on the order concerned, then select the products to return, check the box "Return for exchange" and finally indicate the reason for the return (optional).

We will then initiate a return procedure for an exchange.

The CUSTOMER must, without undue delay and, in any case, at most late fourteen (14) days after initiation of the return procedure for exchange, return the PRODUCT(s) to:

One once the PRODUCT(s) received by the SELLER, a discount voucher (valid one year) of the value of the returned PRODUCT(S) will be credited to the CUSTOMER account.

The CUSTOMER will then be able to iron a new order, and deduct this discount voucher. He will only have to pay the possible difference between this new order and the amount of the discount voucher.

Return shipping costs (from the France Metropolitan) will be supported by THE SELLER (only once per order, excluding free order).
For this, the seller will send by email to the CUSTOMER a return label (SoColissimo or Followed Letter), so that the CLIENT does not have to pay or advance the postage costs of his return.

The return costs following a "free" order remain the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.

The assumption of return costs by the seller is limited to 3 times per customer account.



Right of withdrawal and return for refund

Principle of withdrawal

CUSTOMER has in principle the right to return or return the client(s) PRODUCTS to the SELLER or to a person designated by the latter, without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days of communication of its decision to withdraw, unless the SELLER offers to recover the PRODUCT(s) himself.

Notification of the right of withdrawal

For that the withdrawal period is respected, the CUSTOMER must transmit its communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period and in any case before the closing of his return .
Without withdrawal form and without clear specification of the will OF CUSTOMER to obtain a refund during the return procedure, a voucher purchase of the value of the returned PRODUCT(s) will be automatically created.

Effects of withdrawal

En in the event of withdrawal by the CUSTOMER, the SELLER undertakes to reimburse all sums paid, except for the costs of delivery, without undue delay and, in any event, at the latest fourteen (14) days from the day on which the SELLER is informed of the willingness of the CLIENT to retract.
The SELLER will proceed to the refund using the same payment method as the CLIENT will have used for the initial transaction, unless the CLIENT expressly agrees on a different plea, in any event, this refund will not incur any costs for the customer.
The SELLER may defer the refund until receipt of the good.

Return Arrangements

This period is deemed to have been respected if the CUSTOMER returns the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
In the case where the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal described above, would not have been respected, while the products were redirected to the SELLER, the CUSTOMER may again receive at his own expense the PRODUCT(S) that he would have returned in the condition in which they have been returned to the seller.

If a gift has been attached to the package by the SELLER, it must be returned by the CUSTOMER, at the same time as the PRODUCT(S); only in the case of a request for a full refund. Otherwise, THE SELLER may deduct the sale price of this gift from the amount of the refund.

The CUSTOMER must bear the direct costs of returning the goods, in postage followed , in order to obtain proof of its return.

Condition of the returned good

The PRODUCT(s) must be returned according to the SELLER's instructions and include in particular all the accessories delivered.

The liability of the CUSTOMER is only engaged with regard to the depreciation goods resulting from handling other than those necessary for establish the nature, characteristics and proper functioning of this/these PRODUCTS. In other words, the CUSTOMER has the possibility to test the PRODUCT(S), but its responsibility may be engaged if he carries out manipulations other than those necessary.
The PRODUCT(s) must be returned to the SELLER in a perfect condition , in their original packaging and packaging , provided with all size and / or reference labels .

If the returned PRODUCT(s) are re-marketable, but their condition requires handling on our part (labels torn off, damaged packaging, product not folded in its original packaging, etc.) Handling fees will be applied at a rate of 5 € per product.

The items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged, used or soiled will not be taken back. The CLIENT may again receive, at his own expense, the non-conforming PRODUCT(S) in the state in which they were returned to the seller.
Accessories that are an integral part of the finished product must also be returned.

Limitation right of withdrawal: For hygiene reasons, certain products (strings, body, etc.) can only be taken back or exchanged if they have not been unsealed.

Packaging

The PRODUCT(s) are packed in accordance with current transport standards, in order to guarantee maximum protection for the PRODUCT(S) during the DELIVERY.
CUSTOMERS must comply with the same standards when returning a PRODUCT

Has this title the CUSTOMER is invited to return the PRODUCT(s) to him not suitable in their original packaging, proper to their commercialization.
